How it works

Choose the view
Choosing the hole is part of the service. We paint sample views of your course and mock up the finished award with you until it feels right, before you order anything.

Present on the day
A presentation card for every winner arrives at the club before your event, so there is something to hand over at the ceremony. No names needed yet.

Send us the names
After the event, send each winner’s name and title exactly as they should appear. We print them into the artwork and send you proofs to approve.

Framed and delivered
Each portrait is framed and shipped to the club, typically about a week after the invoice is paid and the proofs are approved. We’ll confirm timing before your event.
Something to hand over on the day.
Winners are rarely known until the last putt drops, so the portraits are personalized afterwards. At the ceremony, each winner receives a presentation card with the painting of your hole and a note that their portrait is on its way.

No minimum. US shipping to the club is included.

- A framed 16×20″ portrait, shipped to the club

Four champions, each with their own hole: $676 + 3 additional holes × $25 = $751
Order at least 2 weeks before your event so the cards arrive in time. We invoice the club, and the framed portraits go into production once the invoice is paid and the proofs are approved.

Questions from clubs
Do we need to supply a photo?
A favorite photo of the hole is the best place to start, whether it’s the club’s or a member’s. If you don’t have one, tell us the hole and we’ll suggest a starting view. Either way, you see samples before you order.
Can each winner have a different hole?
Yes. The package includes one hole for the event, shared by every award. Each additional hole is $25.
Can we have the framed awards before the event?
Yes, we can prepare them without names. Most clubs prefer the personalized version, which is why every winner gets a presentation card on the day.
How does the club pay?
We send the club an invoice that can be paid online. Framed portraits go into production once it’s paid and the proofs are approved.
Is it a painting on canvas?
It’s a digitally painted portrait of your course, printed as a fine-art print and framed. You approve the artwork and every proof before anything prints.
